I was really impressed and even blown away by how personable and informative the receptionist, dentist, and dental hygienists were. I’d been so frustrated in the past with staff and specialists in various medical fields, including dentistry, who provided me with limited information about my own health. So I wasn’t expecting to actually be educated about my dental hygiene, and to have my questions and concerns answered so thoroughly, and in a friendly, professional manner. Wow! I hope that other dental offices and medical centres follow their example in educating and empowering their patients.
I switched to this office as my last dentist cancelled on me ALL the time and this location was closer anyways and im SOOO glad I did! The lady at the front desk in so lovely and organized she got me scheduled in right away. Then the cleaning was the best and least painful ive ever experienced! Really loved the lady I had (I think Jackie!!) and highly recommend her! Finally Dr. Gagner was also wonderful and actually took the time to chat about concerns and gave me some tips. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
